Our story

Tradition and outlook

In 1922, the ancestor of today’s proprietor founded a gristmill in the Upper Vinschgau Valley, an area that had long been carrying the nickname “The Granary of Tyrol”. Over time, this old mill in a small village expanded to a modern company with powerful production facilities. The produce variety developed from what was originally different types of flour more in the direction of breakfast cereals and muesli. A 100-year development, which has continually seen great value in tradition and an outlook on the future.
